On 16th June 2010, Involuntary Park will be in residence at the University of Sussex as part of the annual, campus-wide Sounding the Site event …
Involuntary Park in conjunction with CCE presents:
The [ARK] Table of Ideas
A conversation about fresh ideas for a tough climate
You are invited to join us at a table bursting with artists, good food, drink and conversation. An opportunity to forage for new partnerships and fresh strategies!
Meet and lunch with the representatives of 13 University of Sussex Schools and 13 local community organizations with an interest in sustainability issues. The delicious free-range artists of Involuntary Park – Johanna Berger, CiCi Blumstein and Joseph Young, plus guest artist Lulu Allison – will be on hand to create, support and facilitate the table as a creative space for generating new ideas about how the University and community can work together for a sustainable future.
Food and drink will be locally sourced and produced in collaboration with campus chef Mark Hancock. Freshly foraged ingredients from the campus surroundings will form part of the menu. BYO ideas to the table.
When: Wednesday 16 June 2010, 12.30–3pm
Where: Gazebo on grass area west of Bramber House, University of Sussex Campus
The [ARK] Table of Ideas is devised and directed by Involuntary Park, and co-produced by River Jones of CCE as part of Sounding the Site.
